# Configuración inicial de Whaticket
## Mira el video con las primeras configuraciones de Whaticket y empieza a atender a tus clientes desde el primer día.

### Qué aprenderás en el video
- Invitar a los miembros de tu equipo en **Equipo**.
- Configurar departamentos en **Departamentos & Chatbots** y asignar conversaciones.
- Conectar tu número de WhatsApp en **Conexiones**.
- Configurar el chatbot inicial.
- Crear **Respuestas rápidas**.
- Gestionar **Contactos** y **Etiquetas**.
- Transferir conversaciones entre agentes.
- Programar mensajes.
- Usar notas internas y las herramientas del chat.
- Acceder al **Centro de ayuda** y al **Soporte**.
### Antes de empezar
- Para invitar usuarios, crear departamentos y conectar WhatsApp, tu perfil necesita los permisos de **Equipo**, **Departamentos & Chatbots** y **Conexiones**.
- Algunos ítems del menú, como **Departamentos & Chatbots**, **Configuración** y **Mensajes Programados**, quedan dentro de **Más** hasta que los fijes en el menú.

**¿Dónde encuentro el Centro de ayuda dentro de Whaticket?**
En el menú de la izquierda, en **Centro de ayuda**. Para hablar con el equipo, usa **Soporte** \> **Atención por chat**.
