[Web Chat](https://help.whaticket.com/es/articles/conexiones?hsLang=es#web-chat) # Blogger: cómo añadir el Whati Chat (Web Chat) a tu sitio ## Crea la conexión Whati Chat, habilita el dominio de tu blog y pega el código en el tema de Blogger. En este artículo aprendes a añadir el Whati Chat (antes llamado Web Chat) de [Whaticket](https://whaticket.com/) a tu sitio en [Blogger](https://www.blogger.com/), la plataforma gratuita de Google para crear y gestionar blogs. Así, los visitantes del blog hablan con tu equipo en tiempo real. ### Antes de empezar - Tu perfil necesita el permiso **Crear y editar** del grupo **Conexiones**. - Ten acceso de administrador al blog en Blogger y la dirección del blog a mano (por ejemplo, https://tublog.blogspot.com). ### Paso a paso: #### **Crea la conexión Whati Chat** 1. En el menú de la izquierda, haz clic en **Conexiones**. 2. Haz clic en **Agregar Conexión** y elige **Whati Chat**. En la pestaña **Integración**, en **Dominios permitidos**, agrega la dirección de tu blog en Blogger. 2. Haz clic en **Guardar**. Aparece el mensaje **¡Conexión guardada! Copia el código de instalación de abajo y pégalo en tu sitio.** 3. En la pestaña **Chatbot**, ajusta el nombre de la conexión, el **Mensaje de despedida** y los departamentos. 2. En la pestaña **Configuración**, define **Título**, **Subtítulo**, **Color del Whati Chat**, **Posición en la pantalla**, **Botón flotante**, **Permitir audio** y, si quieres, pide nombre, correo y teléfono antes del chat. 3. Haz clic en **Guardar**. En el panel de Blogger, abre **Tema**. 2. Pega el código del Whati Chat antes del cierre de la etiqueta head del tema. 2. Abre tu blog y revisa que aparezca el botón del Whati Chat. 2. Envía un mensaje de prueba y revisa que llegue a **Chats** en Whaticket. ![Whati Chat funcionando en un blog de Blogger](https://help.whaticket.com/hs-fs/hubfs/imagens%20userguiding/file-1774901682525.png?width=670&name=file-1774901682525.png) ### Preguntas frecuentes **El chat no aparece en mi blog. ¿Qué reviso?** Revisa que la dirección del blog esté en **Dominios permitidos**, que guardaste el tema de Blogger y que pegaste el código completo, con las dos etiquetas script. **¿Puedo cambiar el color o la posición después?** Sí. En la conexión, abre la pestaña **Configuración**, ajusta y guarda. Después copia el código actualizado de la pestaña **Integración** y reemplázalo en el tema de Blogger. **¿Qué pasa si cambio el token?** Al usar **Cambiar token** en la pestaña **Integración**, el código anterior deja de funcionar.
