También conocerás las configuraciones básicas disponibles durante la creación de la conexión, como el nombre, los mensajes de bienvenida y despedida y la asignación de departamentos. ## Video: cómo conectar WhatsApp a Whaticket ## Cómo realizar la conexión ### 1. Accede a Conexiones En el menú lateral izquierdo de [Whaticket](https://whaticket.com/), haz clic en **Conexiones**. ### 2. Agrega una conexión de WhatsApp Haz clic en **Agregar** y selecciona la opción **WhatsApp**. ### 3. Configura la conexión Escribe el **nombre de la conexión** que utilizarás para identificarla dentro de [Whaticket](https://whaticket.com/). También puedes: - Personalizar un mensaje de bienvenida. - Configurar un mensaje de despedida. - Asignar departamentos a la conexión para organizar mejor los chats. ### 4. Genera el código QR Después de completar los campos, haz clic en el botón para **generar el código QR**. El código aparecerá en la pantalla para que puedas continuar con la vinculación del número. ### 5. Escanea el código QR desde WhatsApp Abre la aplicación de WhatsApp en tu teléfono y accede a **Dispositivos vinculados**. Escanea el código QR que aparece en [Whaticket](https://whaticket.com/). Una vez completada la vinculación, tu cuenta de WhatsApp estará conectada a [Whaticket](https://whaticket.com/) y lista para **recibir y responder mensajes**. ## ¿Necesitas ayuda?
